Dimplex DFI2309 Electric Fireplace Insert I actually own two of these, purchased around two years apart. One for my rec room, and one for a decorative fireplace in my bedroom. I wanted to be sure that we really loved it, really used it, and made sure that it operated well before we purchased a second unit. Well, obviously the results are in since we bought a second unit! 🙂 We are quite pleased with the ambiance these units give to the room in dim lighting. We’ve had no problems whatsoever with the remote.
